lyrics
You must go home
Been a stranger for too long
Wandering the wasteland
Lost to yourself
You must go home
The cycle is complete
No mountain or valley
Can set you free
Gone too long
Away from home
The ties that bind
So frayed and torn
The pains of this world
Came early to you
Hunger and cold
Like lessons in school
Some monsters slain
Others released
In the eyes of their mothers
You are the beast
You must go home
To lay this to rest
Further you run child
The closer you get
You must go home
To see what’s lost
We’re in the ground, child
But never forgot
You must go home
A stranger too long
Wandering wastelands
Lost to yourself
You must go home
To see what is lost
We’re in the ground, child
But never forgot
Gone too long
Away from home
Ties that bind
Never frayed or torn
Never frayed or torn
Never frayed or torn

The flac version of this sounds great in my truck... not a crunch, clip or boom to be heard. That, in itself, gets this major points.
This is a lovely combination of early Floyd, U2 and a few San Francisco bands from the '60s with a heavy dose of Helmet tossed in. It's definitely best of breed when it comes to modern psych stuff. Even without a Hammond B3, it gets an easy A+... rick-taylor
The UK upstarts' debut veers from sunny, psychedelic folk to bristling post-punk with reckless abandon without ever missing a beat. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 18, 2024
Sustained by seismic psych riffs, proggy shifts, and vivid sci-fi storytelling, these Milwaukee cosmonauts command respect. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 29, 2023
For some reason, what I previewed and the real songs was somewhat different - maybe because of the cover art?
But I definitely don't regret something more spacial than expected. The recent Ocean drifting in space. frankwurst
